These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and VK99 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the VK99 online gaming platform accessible at vk99.cam and any associated mobile applications, subdomains, or services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing VK99, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

| Real Money | Funds deposited by a User into their Account using an accepted payment method, as distinct from bonus funds. |
| RTP | Return to Player — the statistical percentage of staked money that a game is designed to pay back to players over time. RTP does not guarantee individual session outcomes. |
| Wagering Requirement (WR) | The number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Current WR values are stated on individual promotional pages. |

Your access to and use of the VK99 Service constitutes your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and close your Account if one has been created.
These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or arrangements between you and VK99 relating to the subject matter herein. VK99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 17 (Amendments). Continued use of the Service following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
To register and maintain an Account on VK99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
VK99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, withholding of pending withdrawals, or permanent closure in accordance with Section 13.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account. Creating duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed, balances forfeited, and any related bonuses voided.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any mobile phone number requested. The name on your Account must exactly match the name on the identity documents you submit for KYC purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. VK99 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password not used on any other platform. You must notify VK99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. VK99 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain password security.
Your Account is personal to you. Sharing, transferring, or selling your Account, credentials, or access to any third party is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
VK99 is required to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures as part of its operational compliance framework. You agree to provide any identity, age, address, or source-of-funds documentation requested by VK99 at any stage, including but not limited to:
Withdrawals will not be processed for unverified Accounts. VK99 may suspend deposits and gameplay pending completion of KYC in circumstances where enhanced due diligence is required. Documents must be uploaded exclusively through the platform's official, HTTPS-secured verification portal. Never submit identity documents through email, SMS, or third-party messaging services.
Deposits may only be made using payment methods currently listed in the VK99 cashier. Available methods, minimum and maximum deposit amounts (in PKR), applicable fees, and processing timeframes are set by the Operator and are subject to change without prior notice. Users should verify current details in the live cashier before initiating any transaction.
Pakistani players may be familiar with payment options including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. These payment brand names are referenced as familiar local context only. VK99 does not claim endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with any of these payment providers in connection with online gambling. Availability of any specific payment method for gaming transactions is determined by the provider's own terms and applicable regulatory requirements.
Account balances and transaction histories are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Operator's settlement currency and any applicable conversion rates are disclosed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Currency conversion costs, if any, are the User's responsibility.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of Real Money funds once all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Funds derived from outstanding bonus credits remain subject to the terms of the relevant promotion.
VK99 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a withdrawal request where: (a) the Account has not completed KYC; (b) applicable wagering requirements remain unsatisfied; (c) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or AML concern; (d) the Account is in breach of these Terms; or (e) the withdrawal method is unavailable or inactive.
VK99 may offer bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, loyalty cashback, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the relevant offer page.
VK99 provides sports betting, live casino, slot games, and table game products. Each product category is governed by specific rules published on the relevant game or sport-specific page within the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall apply to matters of gameplay, and these Terms shall apply to all account, payment, and compliance matters.
Sports betting markets are offered on a pre-match and in-play basis for sports including Pakistan cricket, the Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments, international football, UFC, and other events. Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change before confirmation. VK99 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds. Settlement of bets is based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for RNG-based titles, and by live dealer actions for live casino products. RTP information is available in the game information panel within each game. Past results do not influence future outcomes. VK99 does not guarantee that any game will be continuously available without interruption.
In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or technical fault affecting a game or bet, VK99 reserves the right to void all affected transactions and restore affected account balances to the position prior to the error. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all VK99 games. Users are required to report suspected errors immediately via support channels and must not continue to place wagers while a known error is in progress.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the VK99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reports to relevant authorities:
VK99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or AML concern; failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe; discovery of duplicate accounts; or where continued operation of the Account presents legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Operator.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting VK99 support. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money balance (net of outstanding bonus conditions) will be processed for withdrawal to a verified payment method. Accounts closed under self-exclusion may not be reopened during the selected exclusion period.
Where an Account is closed by VK99 due to a breach of these Terms, bonus funds and any associated winnings shall be forfeited. Real Money balances may be returned at VK99's discretion following completion of any required investigation. Where closure is initiated by fraud, money laundering, or criminal conduct, the entire balance may be held pending investigation and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
All content on the VK99 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, images, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of VK99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any VK99 content without express written authorisation from VK99.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VK99 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
Nothing in this Section limits VK99's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
VK99's collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected includes registration information, identity documents submitted for KYC, transaction records, gameplay data, and communications with support. Data is used for account management, KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention, service improvement, and where applicable, responsible gambling monitoring. VK99 does not sell personal data to third parties.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable regulatory and legal retention obligations. Submit data requests via [email protected]. Email is displayed as plain text only — do not send sensitive identity documents via email.
VK99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users via a prominent notice on the platform and/or by email to the address registered on your Account, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) calendar days before the updated Terms take effect where practicable.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VK99 is incorporated and/or licensed to operate, as specified in the operator's licensing documentation. VK99 does not represent that the laws of Pakistan govern this Agreement.
In the event of a dispute between you and VK99 arising out of or relating to the Service, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication in the first instance. Disputes should be submitted to VK99 support in writing. VK99 will aim to respond to formal complaints within ten (10) business days. If resolution is not achieved through direct communication, the dispute may be escalated to any applicable dispute resolution body under the terms of the Operator's licence.
Nothing in this Section or in any other part of this Agreement constitutes a representation that online gaming is lawful in Pakistan. Pakistani users must satisfy themselves as to the legality of their participation under applicable local law. VK99 is not liable for any legal consequences that arise from a User's participation in online gaming in a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted or prohibited.
